The Institute for Excellence in Africa was founded to identify and implement proven, prevention-oriented, forward-looking solutions to critical national, continental and global problems facing Africa.

The Institute works in close cooperation with universities, research institutes, governmental and private foundations, and business and industry. Having attracted a core group of renowned scientists and expert policy advisors, the Institute is rapidly becoming a leading international center for the latest knowledge about innovative programs that work.

With dynamic international and grassroots leadership, the Institute is spearheading a wide range of cutting-edge initiatives in the fields of education, health care, economic development, cultural integrity, social harmony and peace.

Development projects are currently underway in South Africa, Uganda, Ghana, Senegal, and Kenya and Institute programs have also been implemented in all parts of the world from India to North America to Latin America to Europe through affiliate organizations and institutions.
